Picture has been working with artist Sarah Ezekiel and Robert Shaw, the son of the late David Shaw to print and frame artwork for an exhibition at The Tabernacle, 35 Powis Square, Notting Hill, London, W11 2AY.
The exhibition also includes photographs by Miles Pilling, and all 3 artists live with/have lived with motor neurone disease (MND) and all proceeds will support the MND Association’s work nationally and locally.
Sarah Ezekiel’s artwork is created with her eyes using Tobii Eyegaze assisted technology, Picture has then printed the digital files as giclees onto Hahnemuhle fine art paper and then framed into prefinished silver frames.
David Shaw’s artwork has also been printed as giclees by Picture onto Hahnemuhle fine art paper, embossed, then signed by the artist’s son Robert, and box framed into prefinished black profiles.
The exhibition runs from 11 – 17 September and the opening hours are between 9am and 11pm.
There will be a private viewing on 13 September 2017 from 6-10pm.
Speakers include Branch and Association Patron, Jeremy Vine and MND Association Director of External Affairs, Chris James. There will be an opportunity to bid for three special pieces of work, among others things, in an auction as well as a raffle.
